Welcome to Envisage Threads Private Limited. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website https://envisagethreads.com/ (the “Site”) and your purchase of goods through the Site. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or place any order.

  1. Definitions

  • “Products” means the items listed on the Site for sale.
  • “Order” means a request by you to purchase Products via the Site, subject to acceptance by Us.

  • To place an order, you may be required to register an account with us.
  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it to keep it accurate.

  1. Product Information & Prices
  • We try to make sure that all descriptions, images, specifications, and prices displayed on the Site are accurate. However, we do not warrant that all product descriptions or other content is error-free.
  • Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive or inclusive of taxes as indicated. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect Orders already accepted.
  • Promotional offers / discounts are as per the terms of each offer, and We reserve the right to modify or withdraw promotions without prior notice.
  1. Ordering & Acceptance
  • When you place an Order, you will receive an order acknowledgement via email. This is not an acceptance of your Order, just confirmation that we have received it.
  • We reserve the right to accept or refuse your Order at any time for reasons such as product availability, incorrect pricing, or if we suspect fraud.
  • If we refuse your Order after charging you, we will refund you in a reasonable time.
  1. Payment
  • Payment must be made through the payment methods provided on the Site.
  • By making payment, you represent that you are authorised to use the payment method.
  • We do not store your full credit/debit card numbers; payments are handled via secure payment gateways.
  1. Delivery, Risk & Title
  • We will deliver Products to the address you specify when placing your Order. It is your responsibility to provide accurate information.
  • Delivery times stated on the Site are estimates only. We will try to meet such times but cannot guarantee them. We are not liable for delays due to unforeseen causes.
  • Risk in the goods passes to you once we deliver the goods to the delivery address. Ownership (title) of the goods passes to you only after we have received full payment.
  1. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
  • You may cancel Orders/Items in accordance with applicable laws (for example the Consumer Protection Act or other relevant legislation).
  • If you receive a Product that is defective, damaged, or not as described, you may request a return or exchange by contacting us within a specified number of days (e.g. 7 days) of delivery. Proof (photos, etc.) may be required.
  • The procedure for refunds will follow your payment method: refunds may take a reasonable time to process.
  • Shipping costs for returns/exchanges may be borne by you except in cases where the product is defective or the return is due to our error.

  • Our total liability to you in relation to any Order will not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant Product(s).

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms if such failure or delay is due to causes beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, war, acts of government, strikes, or internet outages.

  1. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
  • These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
  • Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Haryana.
